NeuroConversions provides an AI-powered conversion optimization platform for Shopify stores. The Service is a subscription-based application that acts as an intelligent partner to help you end guesswork and build a compounding growth asset. Core features, depending on your subscription plan, include:
AI Strategic Audit: A comprehensive analysis of your store data to generate a report on conversion opportunities.
Interactive Roadmap: A dynamic workspace to manage AI-generated hypotheses and your own optimization ideas.
A/B Testing Lab: An execution engine to validate hypotheses through Template and URL redirect testing.
The Learning Hub: A centralized, searchable knowledge base that automatically captures the results and insights from completed tests to create institutional memory.
AI-Driven Forecasting & Analytics: Tools that help forecast potential ROI and provide automated interpretation of test results.
To use our Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal authority to bind your business or entity to these Terms.
Operate a legitimate Shopify store in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify's terms of service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register for and use the Service.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its data.
Use the Service to build a competitive product or service.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
We offer various subscription plans billed through Shopify's Billing API. Details of our plans are available on our Shopify App Store listing and on our website. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in a particular offer. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Past due accounts may be suspended or terminated.
NeuroConversions and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related technology, algorithms, and intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain full ownership of your store's underlying data, including customer information, product data, and sales data ("Your Data").
You grant NeuroConversions a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze Your Data in an aggregated and anonymized form. This anonymized data is used for the sole purposes of:
Improving the performance and accuracy of our AI algorithms and services.
Training our "Collective Intelligence Engine" to provide smarter recommendations, predictive forecasts, and industry benchmarks for all users.
Conducting research and publishing insights on e-commerce trends.
For clarity, any data used for these purposes will be fully anonymized and will not be traceable back to you, your store, or your customers.
Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results or conversion improvements. The AI-generated insights, hypotheses, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for deciding which recommendations to implement and for the results of any tests you conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will NeuroConversions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
At NeuroConversions, we are not just a software provider; we are your strategic partner in growth. Our "CRO Brain" is designed to end guesswork and deliver measurable results. We are so confident in our methodology that we stand behind it with a clear, powerful guarantee: We guarantee that within the first 90 days of your active subscription, NeuroConversions will help you discover at least one profitable, statistically significant winning A/B test. If we don't, we will refund 100% of your subscription fees for that period, no questions asked.
This guarantee is a cornerstone of our partnership. The following terms exist to ensure this partnership is fair, transparent, and built for success.
For the purpose of this guarantee, a "Profitable Winning Test" is defined as an A/B test, launched through the NeuroConversions platform, where one variant performs better than the control on the primary conversion goal (e.g., Revenue Per Visitor, Conversion Rate) with a statistical significance of 95% or greater.
To empower our AI and ensure the validity of our joint efforts, this guarantee is contingent upon the following conditions being met. These requirements are not obstacles; they are the necessary ingredients for data-driven success.
a) Data Sufficiency: Your online store must have sufficient traffic and transaction volume for our AI to conduct valid experiments. This guarantee applies to accounts that meet or exceed a baseline of 2,000 transactions per month throughout the 90-day guarantee period. This ensures that any test result is meaningful and not due to random chance.
b) Active Engagement: Your success requires participation. To qualify, you must actively use the NeuroConversions platform by launching at least three (3) of the primary A/B test hypotheses recommended by our AI within the 90-day period. You must allow these tests to run until they either reach statistical significance or are concluded by our system.
c) Data Integrity: To ensure the purity of test results, you agree not to run other third-party A/B testing or conversion-optimization software (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely) simultaneously on the same pages where a NeuroConversions test is active. Conflicting scripts can contaminate test data and invalidate the results.
d) Platform Stability: The guarantee assumes a stable technical environment. You must maintain a functional website and checkout process. Major, site-wide changes unrelated to a NeuroConversions test (e.g., a full site redesign, platform migration, or extended site outages) during the guarantee period may void the guarantee, as such events make it impossible to isolate the impact of our optimizations.
If, at the end of the 90-day period, all conditions in section 10.3 have been met and a "Profitable Winning Test" as defined in section 10.2 has not been discovered, you may request a refund by contacting our support team. Our team will review your account to verify eligibility in good faith. Upon confirmation, a full refund of the subscription fees paid during the 90-day period will be issued within 15 business days. You are welcome to keep any and all insights and learnings gathered during the process.
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of these Terms or non-payment of fees, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our site and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Tallinn, Estonia, and the parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
