Theme & App Data:Information about your Shopify theme and installed apps to understand your store's technical environment.
Usage Data:We automatically collect information about your interactions with our Service, such as features used and actions taken. This helps us improve our product and user experience.

To Provide the ServiceTo power the Conversion Cortex™, our central analysis engine that unifies your data to diagnose conversion opportunities and generate your strategic roadmap.
To Improve and PersonalizeTo populate your Learning Hub with the results from your experiments, building your proprietary knowledge base and making our recommendations smarter over time.
To Maintain and SecureTo monitor for security issues, prevent fraud, and ensure the stability of our application.
To Provide SupportTo respond to your questions and provide customer service.
To Manage BillingTo process your subscription payments through Shopify's Billing API.
To Communicate with YouTo send you important service updates, security alerts, and support messages.

4. Our Commitment to Collective Intelligence

One of the core ways we provide value is by learning from anonymized data across our entire platform to make our AI smarter for everyone. We may collect, anonymize, and aggregate data from your usage of the Service, including test results and performance metrics. This data is stripped of all personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to any individual store or person.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting providers like Google Cloud Platform) that help us operate our Service, under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you uninstall our app, we will initiate a process to securely delete or anonymize your store's personally identifiable information from our systems within 48 hours, in accordance with Shopify's requirements.
